I love butterflies SOO MUCH! I want butterfly sculptures at our wedding (without the sexy woman!)
Its so hard to get butterflies to look realistic, there are so many rubbish ones in the shops & online. I think I will have to do a tutorial on it if I crack it!

More amazing details… I love the long pearl necklace, clipped to drape down the back, its very Hepburn! The lace and pearl beading on the dress is really elegant. The feather fascinator is divine, I love shape and the way it has a crazy pattern made from the natural colourings of feathers, especially the triangles. (I’m not so keen on the rose clip though)

What stunning embellishments, the way they sculpt the body is superb and I LOVE pearls!!! One look and you know this is definitely couture the detailing is impeccable, designed by Zuhair Murad (thanks encapture)
Going to a dress maker with jewels and your high street wedding dress you could achieve something similar. The best thing about DIYing it is you can alter the design to emphasise your figure.

I am constantly looking for unique ways to customise my wedding dress in Fashion, Couture imparticular, this stunning detailing is by Rocha
I am going for a high street number, any stylist will tell you the best way to look couture is embellishments and detailing! You can design your own bespoke dress by getting your dress professionally customised and fitted, and you will have the bargain dress of your dreams!
I love these Crows! It reminds me of Snow White being dressed by birds, and the way it looks like the birds are holding the ribbon.
The birds add impeccable detailing- you could have them in your colour or even go for embroidery or beading. You could have your favourite animal but it should something personal to you maybe cats, dogs, paw prints. i think birds of paradise and butterflies could be for me.

DIY Bunting Tablecloth
I love this idea! (photo link) All you need to do is grab a table cloth, masking tape and fabric paints. It’s a great way of customising your wedding it also covers the tables, chairs, hay-bale or you can yeven decorate the walls using sheets. I think it would also look great to paint a centre piece too, with some pretty flowers.
You could also make the bunting using scraps of fabric and either sew or glue (iron on strips).
Tim Walker inspired Wedding Art & Décor
Tim Walker is one of my favourite photographers, he creates wonderful shots using fantastic sets, extravagant staging in amazing locations. Tim’s style is unmistakeable with a whimsical and magical feel using romance, nostalgia and fantasy.
Tim is the best inspiration I have found in fashion so far and think a variety of his shoots can be interpreted into amazing wedding décor. When I think of our wedding, I dream of the perfect atmosphere with bright and quirky décor and entertainment, similar to that of the best festivals we have been too, his images capture this vibe perfectly. Tim’s use of colour is amazing, but all the ideas can be tailored to your colour theme.
I hope your as inspired by Tim’s Photos as I am! Infact a Tim Walker inspired wedding would be awe-inspiring!

DIY : Ribbon Watchband | Martha Stewart
I love this idea, it would be great for the bridesmaids as it doubles as a thank you gift. Personally I am a big fan of velvet ribbon, but you could use lace or leather too. Martha also suggests using ribbon for bracelets and belts, using a pair of D rings these look great customised with costume jewellery.
A great idea if you have a watch with a broken or worn out wristband. Click on the image for the how-to’s.
This tipi is fabulous! Made using 12(ish) sticks and rags of ribbon, not only does it allow for a great photos, but is a great den for the kids (or grown up kids).
In fact you could create a smokers tipi, by using canvas for the sides (which is water resistant) and putting cushions down and a big ashtray in the middle. Viola somewhere nice for your guests to play or smoke.

I adore this altar, made from kites, paper flowers and windmills. Constructed using logs, I love the size and colours.
